I know we're all locked down with the virus, but is it standard (or acceptable) for the GPS-Speedsurfing shop to be uncommunicative? I ordered a new GPS watch, and got the automated reply to confirm, plus an order number, but no tracking details. I have repeatedly emailed the shop with no response. So I am unable to track the item.
