As you have tides in the Netherlands, too, I am sure you will find similar spots in your country-
you just have to sarch for them and then be at the right time at the right place

Is this place in front of the light house? Do you have a gps pinpoint? Direction off wind? There are spots in Holland but forbidden.... Would like to go to St.Peter-Ording and give it a try some day.
Can you tell me a little about the camera ( type ) and how its mounted on your helmed?

| No, the lighthouse is in Westerhever (some km northwards)

Of course you are welcome in SPO. However I cannot believe that every good spot in Holland is forbidden. ???

Yes its terrible in Holland with the spots. Some good places are just right in the winter months like the afsluitdijk in Friesland. In wintertime the angle is good but forbitten to kite there. Only in summer and than the angle is not good. Oostvoorne in Holland is no good for 500 meters.. sandbanks all around. Mirns in Friesland most off the time ZW or W. Sometimes NW. Thats the only time that it is flat but lots of kiters in your way.. Pampus haven was great but also forbitten now. Do not know other places in Holland.

Then you have to wait until the water comes and covers the beach with a thin layer of water (3-5cm = liquid ice) Do you have a short fin already ? (max depth 3cm)

| Have to order in France some fins.. Heigt 2 cm?. The fins on my speedkite board are in a box..Do you know if there will be a new version of this Gopro camera? On internet Gopro 2010 let me know there wil be a new version in the fall.. maybe HD.
