| Remarks | A bright side to the weather patterns being a real mess, we actually had a cold front make it's presence felt inland in mid-January.
Sterkies made a good account of herself considering it's not the season to get any wind there. It showed a lot of promise around 11am with some decent gusts, but faded away as the day progressed. I was hoping for a storm or squall with the darkening skies, but it was not to be.
It's the most mileage I've ever done at Sterkies in a single day; I had to make it count being a work day and considering the distance driven.
Had I known I was close to SA's long distance record I would have pushed on a bit longer.
My next session will be at the coast, as there's little chance of wind inland until late April, and there's no way I'm waiting that long.
